We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached

You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including hair extensions, wigs, shampoos, conditioners, styling products, creams or lotions.
2. How to Start a Return

Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is defective or damaged, or

You received the wrong product
Email finddorysdesign@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
We’ll evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, serums, sprays, creams, lotions)

Hair extensions, wigs, or bundles that have been opened, worn, or altered

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. European Union (EU) Customers
If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
